SHE Rep Training
Become your workplace's Safety, Health and Environment Representative. A 3-day accredited course covering statutory duties, workplace inspections, hazard identification and incident reporting under the OHS Act.
Under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, employers with a certain number of staff are legally required to appoint SHE Representatives to help manage safety, health and environmental risk on their behalf. This 3-day course prepares you to take on that role with confidence — covering the objectives and statutory requirements of the OHS Act, the rights, powers and duties of a SHE Rep, and how to conduct effective workplace inspections.
You'll leave able to identify hazards before they become incidents, participate meaningfully in SHE committee structures, and report and escalate issues correctly — closing the loop between the shop floor and management on health and safety matters.
