Our Lifting Machinery Courses

Every course on this page is built around one outcome: putting a competent, confident operator behind the controls of real lifting equipment. Whether you're starting out on a Forklift or working toward a Mobile Crane ticket, training is delivered hands-on, in small groups, with practical assessment on the machine itself — including rigging, load charts, hand signals and pre/post-use inspection.

Training and certification of lifting machinery operators in South Africa is governed by the Driven Machinery Regulations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and delivered through providers accredited by the Transport Education Training Authority (TETA) — the SETA responsible for lifting equipment and crane operator training — working alongside the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO).
