Course Overview
What This Course Covers

First Aid Level 1 is a fast, practical 3-day course that prepares you to be the first responder in a workplace emergency. You'll learn how to assess a scene safely, manage an unconscious or injured casualty, perform CPR, treat wounds and burns, and respond to choking — all through hands-on practice, not just theory.

This qualification is a common requirement for SHE Reps, safety officers, security staff and anyone designated as a workplace first aider. It's also the standard entry point before progressing to First Aid Level 2 and 3.
